7. Respect for privacy
Data processing is based on the consent of the User wishing to access the training courses offered on the Platform.
The personal information collected by Empow’Her is recorded in a drive with access restricted to members of the FAME project team and consortium, and is mainly used for the proper management and operation of the Platform and to fill in the indicators for monitoring the training programme with the funding bodies.
The personal information collected is kept for 1 year after the end of the FAME project, which may not exceed the end date of December 2027, unless the User has exercised one of his/her rights under the law, in accordance with the conditions set out below. These data belong to Empow’Her for the duration of the project.
The processing being administered in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, amended by Law no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data (known as the ‘RGPD’).
The User has the right to access, rectify and delete his/her data at any time by contacting Empow’Her, 82 rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin 75010 Paris, fame@empow-her.com.
In accordance with the essential requirement of personal data security, Empow’Her undertakes, in the context of the execution of its training courses, to take all necessary technical and organisational measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of personal data and, in particular, to prevent such data from being distorted, damaged, lost, misappropriated, corrupted, disclosed, transmitted and/or communicated to unauthorised persons.

All elements of any kind (still images, moving images, photographs, databases, trademarks, illustrations, logos, drawings, models, downloadable documents, videos, practical exercises, etc.) contained on the https://www.fameproject.org/ website are protected by copyright.
